In the midst of our busy lives, we rarely take time to pause and check in with ourselves. These monthly mindfulness sessions offer a space to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate greater awareness in a supportive group setting. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have an established practice, each session offers simple yet powerful tools to bring more clarity, presence, and ease into daily life.

 

What to Expect:

  • A guided mindfulness meditation to center yourself
  • Practical exercises to develop awareness and resilience
  • Gentle reflections & optional sharing
  • Techniques you can integrate into everyday life
Each session is unique, drawing from different mindfulness approaches, but always grounded in everyday relevance – helping you bring mindfulness into real-life moments, whether at work, at home, or in relationships.

 

Practical Info:

  • Open to all – no prior experience needed
  • Sessions are on a donation basis
  • Please bring a meditation pillow and blanket if possible
  • Held in English

Space is limited, so please email camille_franc@hotmail.fr to register at least one day in advance.
